This is our Spring Running Group Beginning January until the Buffalo Marathon in May. This also include a T-shirt. and training for all Spring Races.  This includes the Shamrock Run, Grand Island and Buffalo Marathon/Half . We meet at different coffee shops around the city and train for 18 weeks. I will create a training schedule to follow with help along the way.  You will buddy up with someone your own pace. Anyone can join from beginners to advance runners.
