Flex and Stretch with Marisa (Wednesdays 9:30am)
This class combines resistance training as well as stretching. It will assist in keeping our muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.  It will also help maintain range of motion in our joints, reduce risk of injury, increase circulation and help manage stress. Its low impact and easy on your joints.
