Spin & Arms with Cecelia (Monday 6:00pm)
This cardio based class is a great way to build strength in both your upper & lower body. Your first 20-30 minutes of exercise is on the bike & will increase endurance, strengthen your heart, burn calories, relieve stress, and is easy on your joints. You’ll finish class with a concentrated upper body focus giving you a total body experience.
